I am writing to give testimony regarding resolution 73-23.
Thank you very much for giving me this opportunity and for your consideration of these testimonies.
As an'entrepreneur and consultant working on carbon capture,ecosystem services and impact
focused enterprises, I'm so delighted to see resolution 73-23,and Hawai'i's continued dedication
and commitment to sustainability.
The resolution's aims are important and ambitious, but achievable with current technologies and
groups working in Hawaii!,including Yummet,which I have supported since learning about their
innovative approach a year ago.
As well as the many benefits to Hawai'i,such as the creation of skilled jobs and on island production
of key products,it really will,again,position Hawai'i as a world leader and innovator in sustainably
solving some of the biggest global challenges in climate change,clean energy,waste management
and food security. I fully support resolution 73-23.
Thank you very much for your consideration and leadership in sustainability.
