Why is there a division between a hard working income eligible C&S employee and a Hawaii resident? Just because H.Kimball makes a statement that this preference is not self-serving, that statement is contrary to the truth. Do these Council members Kimball and Inaba think that the public is that gullible that they will believe their attempt to give County and State employees preferential treatment? As local legislators, Council Members are RESPONSIBLE FOR AND RESPONSIVE TO THE CITIZENS WHO ELECTED THEM. This is clearly not the case with the introduction of Bill 18. This preference is unethical and self-serving. I STRONGLY URGE every single council member to oppose this preference. Mahalo nui, Kalei Farley Comm. N . 11.11 Ref.To: V I PG4l-u 1 Ref.
