WASTE TO SUSTAINABLY PROCESS CARBON-

ZERO WASTE.
My name is Richard Ha, I very strongly support Resolution 73 23.
1 am the great great great grandson of Kama ele Nui of Leer Puna. He signed the u'e petition
protesting the annexation of Hawaii.
I am a Vietnam veteran Array officer.
I was founding President of Hui Oihana, Native Hawaiian Chamber ofCommerce; Founding President of
Sustainable Energy Hawaii and Founding President of . i v I wrote a book;
"What would our Kupuna o"?
The mission of DaRubbahSlippahGroup is to make fife better for Keoki and Malia who are toddlers
today, when they reach 25 years old- one generation from today. We focus on leveraging two resources
that will last forever; Geothermal and the Skies above Maunakea.
Resolution 73 23 is another resource that will help to make life better for Keoki and Italia. It focuses on
transforming our Island waste stream into carbon negative Cement, Biochar, potable water and green
hydrogen.
Since, I've been working very closely with Brittany Zimmerman and Yurnmet I've heard proposals where
potential investors propose to invest huge suras. But be turned down as being inappropriate.
The 'Yummet model is a Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP). Like HPM, the workers are the owners.
This prevents outside investors from coming into Hawaii and sucking all the value out of Hawaii.
There are many many ways to make one or the other of these products at the expense of the others.
We need all the products produced in a net negative emissions way so that it helps to mitigate Climate
change as we implement it.
What can we do to help make life better for Keoki and Malia 25 years, one hundred years and a
thousand years from now. We must do what we can now. We are their ancestors.
