Dear Chairwoman Kimball:
Section 47C-3, Hawaii Revised Statutes, requires that a supplemental summary of the
indebtedness of the County be prepared as of a date within 30 days of the delivery of a
new note/bond issue. The enclosed summary as of March 2, 2023 is submitted for your
review and concurrence. The issuance of$13,055,000 Special Tax Revenue Bonds for
Community Facilities District No. 1- 2021 (Kaloko Heights Project) on March 2, 2023
requires preparation of this report. Concurrence by the Chairman of the Finance
Committee and the Corporation Counsel are attached.
