The enclosed summary as of March 2, 2023 is submitted for your review and concurrence. The issuance of$13,055,000 Special Tax Revenue Bonds for Community Facilities District No. 1- 2021 (Kaloko Heights Project) on March 2, 2023 requires preparation of this report.
