Aloha Council Chair Kimball and Council Members:
I am pleased to nominate Luahiwa Namahoe of District 3 to the Salary Commission.
Ms. Namahoe is a lifelong resident of Hawaii. She is currently employed with HMSA as a Sales
Account Manager. She is an accomplished and committed businessperson that is able to focus on
the community's needs.
Ms. Namahoe has served as Chair of the County of Hawaii, Merit Appeals Board from 2016-
2020, and served as a Commissioner on the County Fire Commission from 2009-2013. If
confirmed, she will serve a term ending December 31, 2025.
