SKATE PARK AND OTHER PARK FACILITIES IN COUNCIL DISTRICT 6.
WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation provides the public with many diversified recreation programs in our park facilities and gyms that address the needs and interests of
the community in a safe and well-maintained environment; and
WHEREAS, Oceanview Skate Park and other park facilities in Council District 6 require a variety of repairs and improvements; and
WHEREAS, these repairs and improvements include, but are not limited to, facility renovations, fencing, and landscaping; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I that Contingency Relief funds from Council District 6 will be appropriated to the Department of Parks and Recreation for repairs
and improvements at Oceanview Skate Park and other park facilities in Council District 6.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai‘i hereby transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below:

is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of this resolution.
