Appropriations from Fund Balance related to Solid Waste
This is to transmit Bill 172, Drafr 2, which was the result of amendments made at the Council's
meeting of January 5, 2000. Specifically, the amendments deleted a total of $350,000 that was
earmarked for updating the solid waste management plan and security coverage at transfer
stations. The amount of the appropriation in Draft 2 totals $1,122,000.
