SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 8)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 8 will be appropriated to the Department of
Liquor Control to provide a grant to Domestic Violence Hurts Animals and People"DVHAP"
for its Doghouse Program at Kealakehe High School in West Hawai`i.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$1,000 from the Clerk-Council Services—
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
