Re: Resolution for multi-year agreement
The Department of Finance seeks to enter into a lease agreement for a five-year term,
with the option to renew the lease for two additional five-year terms to relocate the
County of Hawai`i Central Fire personnel, apparatus, equipment, and related general
services.
Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the County to enter into a five-year, multi-year lease
agreement with options with Gerald M. Yamada Trust and Wendy M. Yamada Trust for
approximately 7,000 square feet of office and warehouse space at an estimated cost of
$17,600 plus GET per month.
