This amendment is to correct the submitted recommendation by adding an award for Bridge House, Inc.'s Clean and Sober Transitional Program and removing its award for Vocational Skills Building Program. The award increase of$30,000 has been balanced by removing three programs that were each receiving second awards of$10,000.
