RE: Proposed Amendment to Resolution No. 106-23; a Resolution
Transferring/Appropriating an Appropriation Out and From a Designated Fund
Account and Crediting Same to a Designated Fund Account for Park Repairs
and Improvements at Volcano Skate Park and Other Park Facilities in Council
District 6.
Please see below a proposed amendment to Resolution No. 106-23 to increase the
transfer/appropriation amount by $2,700. The proposed amendment is illustrated below in
Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Resolution No. 106-23; material to be deleted is
bracketed and stricken and material to be added is underscored. Due to the limited scope of this
amendment, a draft copy of Resolution No. 106-23, Draft 2, is not included.
The BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED clause of Resolution No. 106-23 is amended and reads as
follows:
