I am pleased to nominate Mr. Michael D. Quandt of District 9 to the Tax Board of Review.
Mr. Quandt has been a resident of Waikoloa for 3 years. He is a graduate of the University of
Washington where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a minor
in mathematics.
Mr. Quandt is self-employed and owns and operates Quandtum, LLC, a lead software
development company. If confirmed, he will serve a term ending December 31, 2026.
