Contingency Relief funds from Council District 2 will be appropriated to the Department of
Liquor Control to provide a grant to the Hilo High School Foundation to support their 2023 Hilo
High School Project Grad Night.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$5,000 from the Clerk-Council Services—
