SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 1)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated to the Department of
Parks and Recreation to provide a grant to Friends of the Future for the 2023 Waipi`o Valley
Kalo Festival.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$2,500 from the Clerk-Council Services—
