SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 9)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 9 will be appropriated to the Department of
Parks and Recreation to assist with expenses related to the purchase of concrete to construct the
third phase of Roots Skate Park in North Kohala.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$8,000 from the Clerk-Council Services—
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
