RE: Transmitting Resolution No. 106-23, Draft 2; A Resolution
Transferring/Appropriating an Appropriation Out and From a Designated Fund
Account and Crediting Same to a Designated Fund Account for Park Repairs
and Improvements at Volcano Skate Park and Other Park Facilities in Council
District 6.
Attached please find Resolution No. 106-23, Draft 2. Resolution No. 106-23 was amended with
the contents of Communication No. 199.1 and duly approved by the Council during its
April 19, 2023, meeting.
The Council voted to suspend Rule No. 23-1(d) of the Rules of Procedure and Organization of
the Council, which requires the holdover of a substantively amended resolution, and adopted
Resolution No. 106-23, as amended to Draft 2.
