Aloha Councilmembers,
For Communication 161 re.the County emergency plan:
Please ensure that emergency plans for PGV are updated. I don't think they have been changed since the eruption,
though roads used for evacuation routes were affected by lava.
Also I don't think the Local Emergency Response Planning Committee has met recently,though it is Federally mandated.
