Aloha Council persons:
The most important element of the Action Plan is being ignored by the CON annual action plan:the establishment of a
monthly meeting of the Tenants Advisory Board.This board has been hobbled by the Housing Department to meet only one
hour a year during the open month of access and the members don't even know this board exits or that they are members for
that one hour.This is unacceptable by any standard.
The Action plan must include the participation of the recipients of the plan in an open and free monthly access of the Tenants
Advisory Board.

Subject: Re: Res.83-23, action plan for HUD
Does housing really want recepients/tenants to know about vouchers and other important benefits?Then the Tenant Advisory
Board needs to be full time and available to speak with and for tenants.
It does not matter how hard housing is working to help if tenants do not get the message.
