Testimony in support of Resolution 96 23
1 would like to request a change to the language of the resolution in paragraph three,
WHEREAS, these funds will be used to cover costs for a working group to examine and
address the problem of infrastructure repair and maintenance in planned housing
subdivisions that maintain substandard publicly accessed roads, with a special focus on
planned housing subdivisions and community associations that do not have the legal
capacity for compulsory collection of road maintenance dues homeowner aSSOGiations;
and
I think this makes the undertaking of the working group more inclusive of the entities
involved in this proposed study.
