Aloha Councilmembers,
Please take this opportunity to ask why the County's Complete Streets policy was not followed for Waianuenue Avenue
and the Kilauea Ave/Keawe Street projects,and ask what will be done in the future to see that the policy is followed.
If we only plan for cars,that's all we will have. Mahalo.
