Subject: Please Oppose Bill 32 as amended
Aloha Council Members,
I work with many non-profits, pro bono, to support their efforts in many areas.
If Bill 32 passes as written, it will further shackle them but not allowing some admin expenses related to the delivery of
services paid by the grant.
PLEASE do not remove the 10%administrative expense allowance.
