Aloha County Council members, Mayor Mitch Roth, Director of Environmental Management Ramzi
Mansour, Director of Finance Deanna Sako and Deputy Managing Director Robert Command,
Please include a line item for Kahalu'u Bay with ample funding in the 2023-2024 budget to pay for an
Environmental Impact Statement or an Environmental Assessment and engineering plans to get this
one mile of sewer line "shovel-ready", to apply for federal and state funding.
Please protect the health of the people and the ocean environment on our island by replacing
cesspools and septics now.
