Please include Kahalu'u Bay in your budgeting!
Please fund in the 2023-2024 budget an EIS or an EA and engineering plans to get this Kahalu'u 9 mile of
sewer line "shovel-ready', to apply for federal and state funding.
Please use this opportunity to protect the health of the people and the ocean environment on our island by
replacing cesspools and septics now!
IF, WHEN, and where feasible, property owners should also pay a portion I fair share. I know that I would be
willing to do my fair part if I lived along that stretch. But the county must take the lead to make this happen.
