Aloha Council!
Please include a line item for Kahalu'u Bay to provide funding in the 2423-24 bud et to get an
Environmental Assessment and engineering plans to construct the sewer line on Ali%Drive.
Local residents don't even go toKahalu'u any more, because they know what thev are
swimming in.
