To whom it may concern,
I am strongly opposed to overriding the Mayor's veto and passing Bill 194. Bill 194 creates unintended
consequences in creating additional barriers to housing and in adding additional uncertainty to the
development of housing supply. The only possible result of a successful passage of this bill would be to give
developers yet another reason to build elsewhere. Please vote no on Bill 194.
