Aloha County Council,
Please override The Mayors veto on this important zoning bill. The County Council should be the only ones to extent
time on projects.
A plan comes in and is approved for 5 years. At the end of 5 years the plan could be extended for another 5 years IF
significant work has been completed on the approved project. If work
isn't done then it should revert back to previous zoning.
There should be No 10 Year approved plans, only 5 years. _
