Re: Amend Bill 37
Bill 37 was transmitted to Council on March 16, 2023 to appropriate $3,500,000 from the
General Excise Tax Fund Balance from Previous Year account to the Mass Transit
Agency's GET Mass Transit OCE account. The Mass Transit Agency wishes to amend
Bill 37 in order to make the following changes in Sections 1 and 2 to correct the amounts
specified below (material to be deleted is bracketed and stricken; material to be added is
underscored):
SECTION 1. Ordinance No.22-63.as amended,is hereby further amended by increasing revenues in the
following amount(s)to the fimd(s)as set forth in Section 2.
