I am pleased to nominate Scott Trefethen to the Board of Appeals.
Mr. Trefethen earned a Bachelor of Science(BS) degree in Marine Science and a master's
degree in computer network engineering. He brings 25 years of experience in residential zoning
and construction and serves as a member of the Kaiwiki Park Association.
Mr. Trefethen is currently Self-employed. If confirmed, he will serve a term ending December
31, 2025.
