Aloha Council Chair Kimball and Council Members:
I am pleased to nominate Lisa McNamarra of District 4 to the Board of Appeals.
Ms. McNamarra is a lifelong resident of Hawai`i and offers a background in Hawai`i Real Estate
and Land Title Research. She has volunteered her time as the State Youth Advisor for the
American Quarter Horse Association (1995-1999) and currently serves as Director for the Kopua
Farmlots Association(2017-present).
Ms. McNamarra most recently served as a member of the County of Hawai`i, Committee on
Aging. If confirmed, she will serve a term ending December 31, 2023.
