I am pleased to nominate Ms. Cathy Lewis to the Board of Appeals.
Ms. Lewis has been a resident of Hawai`i for 15 years and offers a background providing legal
services as an Attorney. Ms. Lewis has advised and defended many local government entities
throughout her career and understands the challenges and importance of balance.
Ms. Lewis has served on the boards of numerous non-profit entities throughout the years and as a
retiree, she hopes to offer her expertise to the County of Hawai`i, Board of Appeals. If
confirmed, she will serve a term ending December 31, 2026.
