V OF <br /> cPJr�,r ,.1\,,�,i <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII •� �"; �•' STATE OF HAWAII <br /> iia; �ow�'.• <br /> art oF•M�� <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 173 23 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND <br /> RECREATION TO PURCHASE EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES FOR ITS <br /> RECREATION PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES IN COUNCIL DISTRICT 2. <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation provides the public with many <br /> diversified recreation programs in our park facilities and gyms that address the needs and <br /> interests of the community in a safe and well-maintained environment; and <br /> WHEREAS, Council District 2 has various park facilities in need of additional <br /> equipment and supplies for its recreation programs and activities; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation is requesting funds for recreational <br /> equipment, supplies, and other miscellaneous expenses relating to its programs and activities; <br /> now,therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 2 will be appropriated to the Department of <br /> Parks and Recreation to purchase equipment and supplies for its recreation programs and <br /> activities in Council District 2. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $13,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $13,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.500.5507.02 Department of Parks and Recreation $13,000 <br /> Recreation Div OCE <br /> 225 Educ-Recr-Scientific Supplies <br /> (Equipment and Supplies—Council District 2) <br />
