RE: Proposed Amendment to Resolution No. 163-23: A Resolution authorizing the
Mayor to enter into an agreement with the City of Lancaster and Namie Town
Pursuant to HRS 46-7,to form the Pacific Hydrogen Alliance.
Please find attached the proposed amendment to Resolution No. 163-23. The proposed
amendment is illustrated below in Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Resolution
No. 163-23, (material to be added is underscored).
The second VS HEREAS clause is amended to read as follows:
"WHEREAS,this agreement will establish the"Pacific Hydrogen Alliance"
(PHA) where parties will work together to implement hydrogen project
deployment to advance toward agreen hydrogen society; and"
Due to the limited scope of this amendment, a copy of the revised draft of this resolution that
would result if this proposed amendment is adopted is not attached.
