Appropriates revenues in the Federal Grants —QUEST (Quality Jobs, Equity,
Strategy, and Training) Disaster Recovery account($965,000); and appropriates the
same to the QUEST Disaster Recovery account. Funds would be used to assist
individuals who have been adversely affected by the COVID-19 pandemic to enter,
return to, or advance in high quality jobs.
