Re: Resolution Accepting Donation of Real Property
Enclosed is a resolution accepting a donation of real property from James L. Kerver and
Melany L. Kerver, Trustees under the unrecorded "James L. and Melany L. Kerver
Revocable Trust" dated February 21, 2013. These properties are located within
`Opihikao, District of Puna, Hawaii, Tax Map Keys: (3) 1-3-004:023, :024, :025, :026
and :027.
The properties will be utilized as unencumbered open space and the Department of
Finance recommends acceptance of the donation.
