�MZY os N,� <br /> COWNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> �rF of•ii►•N <br /> RESOLUTION N <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR REPAIRS AT THE HAWAIIAN ACRES <br /> VOLUNTEER FIRE STATION. <br /> WHEREAS, volunteer firefighters are a critical and much needed support team who <br /> assist the Hawaii Fire Department in responding to emergencies; and <br /> WHEREAS, there are four volunteer fire stations with a total of 21 volunteers in Council <br /> District 5; and <br /> WHEREAS,the Hawaii Fire Department has identified the need for repairs to the roof <br /> and the water catchment system at the Hawaiian Acres Volunteer Fire Station; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Hawaii Fire Department is requesting funds to purchase a new roof and <br /> water catchment system for the Hawaiian Acres Volunteer Fire Station; now,therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 5 will be appropriated to the Hawaii Fire <br /> Department for costs associated with the Hawaiian Acres Volunteer Fire Station. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawaii hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $20,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $20,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.221.6225.02 Hawaii Fire Department $20,000 <br /> Fire Volunteer OCE <br /> 110 Repairs to Facility <br /> (Water Catchment& Roof—Hawaiian Acres <br /> Volunteer Fire Station) <br />
