Establishes rates of compensation for appointed employees in the Legislative Branch and the Office of Housing and Community Development, the County Physician, Student Helpers, and Senior Community Services Aids for various County agencies, and reflects the current minimum wage of$12 per hour through December 31, 2023, and the minimum wage increase to $14 per hour effective January 1, 2024.
