Subject: Bill No. 37, Draft 2; An Ordinance to Amend Ordinance No. 22-63, as Amended,
the Operating Budget for the County of Hawaii for the Fiscal Year Ending
June 30, 2023.
Attached is Bill No. 37, Draft 2. Bill No. 37 was amended with the contents of Communication
No. 166.1 by the Council during its May 3, 2023, meeting.
The Council voted to suspend Rule No. 23-1(d) relating to the holdover of amended legislation
and passed Bill No. 37, as amended to Draft 2, on second and final reading.
