SUBJECT: Presentation by Mr. Mohannad M. Mohanna, President of Highridge Costa
Development regarding affordable rental housing
Given the significant commitment of funding towards affordable housing in the County budget
and to assist with effective collaboration between the Council and the private sector in bringing
all available resources to addressing our County's affordable housing crisis with the highest
degree of positive impact, we would like to respectfully request approximately 60 minutes for a
presentation by Mr. Mohanna of Highridge Costa Development regarding affordable housing.
We request that this presentation take place on the appropriate committee agenda scheduled for
June 6, 2023.
PowerPoint material that Mr. Mohanna may use to aid his presentation will be submitted
separately.
