District Classification From Agricultural-Twenty Acres (A-20a) to Agricultural-

Attached please find Bill No. 41, Draft 2. During its meeting on May 17, 2023, the Council
amended Bill No. 41 with the contents of Communication No. 210.1, resulting in this Draft 2.
