SUBJECT: Request of a Breach of the Filing Deadline
I am respectfully requesting a breach of Council Rule No. 23-1(b)(2) to place the following item
on the June 7th Council meeting agenda:
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND
FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING THE SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO PURCHASE AN ICE MACHINE FOR THE NORTH
KOHALA FIRE STATION.
This request is made to account for the fact that this item is ready to be introduced and that
hearing this item sooner will allow the Hawai`i Fire Department to expend these funds in a more
timely manner.
