SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 30, Draft 3, the Proposed Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 2023-2024
Below is a proposed amendment to Bill No. 30, Draft 3,the proposed Operating Budget for fiscal
year 2023-2024, to amend appropriations in the following General Fund revenue and expenditure
accounts:
• Increase the Fund Balance From Previous Year revenue account by $87,000; and
• Increase the Police Adm Div-Equip, Motor Vehicle expense account by $87,000 for a new
line item, 4WD Vehicle-CID.
The above amendments to the General Fund accounts are shown in detail in the table below:
