SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 30, Draft 3, the Proposed Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 2023-2024
Below is a proposed amendment to Bill No. 30, Draft 3, the proposed Operating Budget for fiscal
year 2023-2024, to amend appropriations in the following General Fund revenue and expenditure
accounts:
• Increase the Fund Balance From Previous Year revenue account by $15,000; and
• Increase the P&R Adm Oce, Misc. Contract Services (Services for Project/Events)
expense account by $15,000 for Hawaii Island signature events.
The above amendments to the General Fund accounts are shown in detail in the table below:
