SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 30, Draft 3, the Proposed Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 2023-2024
Below is a proposed amendment to Bill No. 30, Draft 3, the proposed Operating Budget for fiscal
year 2023-2024, to amend appropriations in the General Fund by decreasing the Liquor Control-
Oce, TravellConferences expense account by $80,000 to reduce funding for in-state and out-of-
state travel.
The amendment to the General Fund account is shown in detail in the table below:
