SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 30, Draft 3, the Proposed Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 2023-2024
Below is a proposed amendment to Bill No. 30, Draft 3, the proposed Operating Budget for fiscal
year 2023-2024,to amend appropriations in the following General Fund revenue and expenditure
accounts:
• Increase the Fund Balance From Previous Year revenue account by $123,288;
• Increase the Fire Training S&W, Overtime S&W expense account by $102,288 for
supervisory personnel to attend the Fire Training Instructor Program; and
• Increase the Fire Training OCE, Misc. Contract Services expense account by $21,000 to
add a new line item for Training Program& Materials.
The above amendments to the General Fund accounts are shown in detail in the table below:
