SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 30, Draft 3, the Proposed Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 2023-2024
Below is a proposed amendment to Bill No. 30, Draft 3, the proposed Operating Budget for fiscal
year 2023-2024, to amend appropriations in the following General Fund revenue and expenditure
accounts:
Increase the Fund Balance Reservefor Liquor revenue account by $40,000; and
Increase the Public Programs, Misc. Contract Services expense account by $40,000 for
Project Grad.
The above amendments to the General Fund accounts are shown in detail in the table below:
