SUBJECT: Proposed Amendment to Bill No. 30, Draft 3, the Proposed Operating Budget for
Fiscal Year 2023-2024
Below is a proposed amendment to Bill No. 30, Draft 3, the proposed Operating Budget for fiscal
year 2023-2024, to amend appropriations in the following Highway Fund revenue and expenditure
accounts:
• Increase the Highway Fund Balance From Previous Year revenue account by $200,000;
and
• Increase the Highway Maintenance Admin S&W, Regular S&W expense account by
$200,000 to encourage the administration to create a new surveyor and engineer position.
The above amendments to the Highway Fund accounts are shown in detail in the table below:
