I believe that this bill promotes efforts that could be included in existing departments within the County or State government. REAL community needs need to be addressed on this island first, which are many. I believe we DO NOT need another agency, with more bureaucracy towards addressing the challenges posed by climate change, promoting sustainability, and building resilience in our community. Another agency will cost dollars, tax dollars, which would be better spent on the real issues affecting the residents of our Island Ohana and our Aina. Thank you for your attention for my concern on this matter. Sincerely, Skip White PO Box 1859 Honoka'a, HI 96727 Skip.white@Hawaiiantel.net 808 775-8220 Sent from my iPad 4RefComm.
