Dear Council Members,
I am a longtime resident of Hawaiian Acres and support Res 183-23. Since our old water tank exploded and not long
afterwards a fire destroyed our community center,the task of replacing and rebuilding feels almost overwhelming.
However,this funding of a new water tank would help tremendously to give our community a new start. Mahalo for
