A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR PARK MAINTENANCE AND/OR IMPROVEMENT
PROJECTS AT BUDDY PERRY SOCCER FIELD LOCATED AT THE HERBERT C. SHIPMAN PARK IN COUNCIL DISTRICT 5.
WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation provides the public with many diversified recreation programs in our park facilities and gyms that address the needs and interests of
the community in a safe and well-maintained environment; and
WHEREAS, Buddy Perry Soccer Field located in Keaʻau at the Herbert C. Shipment Park require maintenance and various improvements; and
WHEREAS, these improvements include, but are not limited to, facility renovations, fencing, landscaping, and other necessary and appropriate improvements; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I that Contingency Relief funds from Council District 5 will be appropriated to the Department of Parks and Recreation for park maintenance
and/or improvement projects at Buddy Perry Soccer Field in Council District 5.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai‘i hereby transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below:

is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of this resolution.
