I am pleased to nominate Mr. Trey Livingston of South Kona to the Leeward Planning
Commission.
Trey was born and raised in Captain Cook, Hawaii. He graduated from Konawaena High School
and is a former Air Force Officer. Trey obtained a Master of Science degree in Geospatial
Science and Land Use Planning and Recreation. Additionally, Trey earned a Bachelor of Science
degree in Geospatial Science, with a minor in Spanish.
Trey has been employed as a Realtor since 2019. He offers valuable insights and the importance
of sustainable land use planning. Furthermore, Trey served in the United States Air Force. His
military service further exemplifies his commitment to serving the community and protecting
vital resources. If confirmed, he will fill the At Large- South Kona seat with a term ending
December 31, 2027.
